Management and staff are excellent, they treat you the way you treat them. So if you have a problem then maybe check your attitude and room conditions. If you abide by the rules and stay to yourself they treat you great! It's the cheapest hotel in the area and right off the interstate which is great for travel and business. Enjoy your stay
Good staff, very accommodating. We are always able to book at short notice. It is a minimalist setup in the room (TV, fridge, microwave, bed, and night stand), but it's really all we need and affordable. It's also located next to a Burger King and a convenient store, which is good.
I am very comfortable with my stay here at American best value inn and suites, ms.kim is a very rewarding individual that God has bless this company with,she isn't just the manager/front desk clerk, she has a heart of gold and helps individuals that are in need of jobs, food or anything she can be of good service to anyone,this place has had a good upgrade and still in progress,yet as long as ms.kim is there, I will always return.
I have been staying out at this hotel for many years. It's the best deal in town and in any surrounding area. The staff is great and the rooms are just right. If you're looking for a room anywhere in Macon or any surrounding area choose America's Best. You won't be disappointed
The rooms are beautifully renovated here. I stayed with my family the last week of March through the first week of April and it was just amazing. The overnight host was very good and respectful
I have stayed at this hotel several times in the last couple of months and really you can't find another hotel within 20 or 30 miles that is not only safe but the Price is Right. All of the staff are super nice and the people that clean the rooms in the morning are very patient. Also if you want to meet someone that is super super nice and very respectful there is a beautiful angel that works 3rd shift just about every night. You'll know her by her pink and black hair. She's one of a kind and so is America's Best in Macon off of Eisenhower also there is a Burger King right across the street and a gas station within 50 yards of the hotel. That always helps. Go see the staff and experienced this very nice hotel
The receptionist that work evening and late night shift is very exceptional. She is very accommodating to all your needs. Thank you for a great stay
